1. What this is

DAF Insights is an async research workspace for running discovery interviews and product feedback flows. It collects written respondent answers and helps organize them into summaries, patterns, and notes.

2. Who can use it

Admin access is limited to approved accounts. Anyone with a valid flow link can participate as a respondent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, do not submit personal data about other people without a legal basis, and do not try to disrupt or overload the service.

4. AI-assisted output

Follow-up questions, response summaries, and aggregate insights are generated with AI models. They may be incomplete or wrong and should always be checked against the original answers. They are not legal, medical, hiring, or financial advice.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting, you allow DAF Insights to store and process it as described in the Privacy Policy, only to run the research it was collected for.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change or be paused as the product evolves.

7. Changes

These terms may be revised. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
