1. What we collect

Your written answers to flow questions, any optional contact details you choose to share (such as email or LinkedIn), and basic technical data needed to run the service (timestamps, a session identifier, and standard request logs).

2. Why it is used

To run async research flows, review answers, and organize them into summaries, patterns, and insights that inform product discovery and product feedback.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit a response. You can withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion of your submission.

4. Where the data lives

Data is stored with our hosting and database providers and is processed by AI providers for summaries, follow-up questions, and pattern extraction. AI-provider API usage is not used to train their public models. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Sensitive data

Please do not include passwords, government IDs, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal data in your answers. Share only what you are comfortable being analyzed.

6. Retention

Responses are kept for as long as the related research is active, and removed or anonymized when no longer needed. Aggregated, non-identifying insights may be kept longer.

7. Sharing

Responses are visible to the admin running the research. They are not sold, traded, or used for advertising.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submission. Requests can be made through the same channel that shared the flow link with you.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new update date.
